Our work as HR Consultants has some overlap with services provided by solicitors, but we are mainly concerned with avoiding legal problems through sound practices and policies. We also provide HR solutions which will not be covered by solicitors, for example; appraisal systems, recruitment practices and of course conducting disciplinaries, dismissals
and redundancies where necessary.
